Please save the date for the prospective student test on February 19th. More information will come from the school office once your application has been submitted.

Dear Parents,
Thank you for your interest in having your child tested for admission to St. Francis de Sales School.

Along with your application, we must have the following:
All Applicants:
- A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate.
- A copy of the applicant’s baptismal certificate (If applicable)
- A $50.00 non-refundable testing fee per applicant.
- A recent photo of your child
Kindergarten applicants:
- Pre-School Evaluation Letter (Must be completed by your child’s current preschool director or teacher emailed or mailed back to us.)
1st-8th Grade Applicants:
- A copy of applicant’s most recent report card and a copy of any standardized test.
- Academic/Character Reference (Must be completed by applicant’s present classroom teacher and emailed or mailed back to us.)
3rd-8th Grade Applicants:
- A copy of the applicant’s First Communion Certificate (if applicable)
Please Note
The testing program is part of St. Francis de Sales school pre-registration process. It does not guarantee your child’s placement in the school. Please expect to hear from us regarding the results of this screening within a month of testing date.

For Upper-Grade applicants:
- A copy of the applicant’s most recent report card a
- A copy of any standardized test.
- The Academic/Character reference (must be completed by the applicant’s present classroom teacher and emailed or mailed back to us.)
